We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why, in addition to your statutory rights, we offer you the following voluntary satisfaction guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with your purchased product for any reason, we will refund 100% of the purchase price you paid, including the original shipping costs (outbound shipping) that were charged to you at the time of your order.
The guarantee applies to all mobile phone cases, phone straps, tablet and laptop cases purchased from us, all items in the “Accessories & Gifts” category, as well as all films and stickers – including individually customized products with personal photos or design requests, for which there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
The guarantee only applies if we have delivered the goods to a customer with a delivery address in the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, Sweden or Finland.
You may claim the guarantee within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Please contact us by E-Mail-At hello.en@nivocase.com within the guarantee period and inform us that you wish to make use of the satisfaction guarantee. We will then send you the return instructions.
You bear the costs and risk of returning the goods.
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days using the payment method you originally used.
This guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory warranty rights and any applicable statutory right of withdrawal. Exercising these rights is free of charge and is not restricted by this guarantee.
